Made from the premiere “Alban” clone, our Grenache 2021 a rare clone typically associated with the Chateauneuf du Pape region in France, which grows exceptionally well at our high altitude. The palate has mild tannins and a velvety feel, ample acidity and a lingering minerality on its lengthy finish. Pair with a wide variety of both lighter and rich hearty dishes – grilled salmon, game meat, spicy international dishes, cheese platters and grilled vegetables. 13.7% alcohol. 168 cases produced.
