Chardonnay 2023

We make our special Chardonnay from grapes sourced from a neighboring vineyard in El Dorado. In 2022 we were unable to make it due to a major frost event, and this year the bears broke in and started eating these gorgeous grapes, but fortunately we beat them for enough to make our wine! Our "Chablis style" Chardonnay 2023 is a zesty white with a lighter body, crisp acidity and citrus finish. Aromas of apple, pear and tropical fruit flavors. Perfect for such foods as chicken, fresh salads, grilled fish and a lighter pasta dish. No oak used. 13.3% alcohol.  Only 119 cases produced.
